I have been having problems with this again so I hope this actually works this time. I set my goals and then headed up to state baseball and wasn't able to exercise but I did drink and eat well-so i guess a few points there! I got on the scales this morning and gained exactly 1 lb. I was a little discouraged but sitting and driving 5 hours to Provo the 61/2 hours to New Mexico and 10 hours home doesn't help much with weight loss! We got home this morning at 2 am!!! I am getting back on track tomorrow morning and going to hit it hard but so far I have only lost 3lbs.

Hi I am finally on!! What a pain not having High speed Internet! But it is finally going and even thought I didn't blog in Monday and Tuesday i have been going. My Goals are...
1. Exercise at least 1 1/2 hours a day, I have done this all 3 days. 2. No cheep cabs only whole grains, Didn't do so great on that one, just 1 point. 3.1/2 gal a water a day-did it both days. 4. power exercising 2 days a week on top of my daily exercising-did it last night ran 3 miles. 5. Blog in every day. I wont be able to do this, I will be gone to state baseball starting tomorrow then I will be heading up to New Mexico and wont be home until Sunday morning but I will try! Sorry i hope things slow down soon and I can just be at home, i want to thank all of you for letting me do this with you. Last year my goal was to run in a big race and this year i want to get off 50 lbs. I think the marathon will be easier by far!!!! I have weighed in every morning and this morning I finally lost some weight, 4.2 lbs....Yahoo!!! Well i guess that is all i have to say for now. Good luck to everyone! Thanks again for letting me on.
